Inner Harmony Health & Wellness, LLC is considered
out-of-network for most types of insurance.
**This means: For out-of-network benefits, we will not bill your insurance or accept payment from your insurance. However, this does not mean your insurance will not cover treatment. Services may be covered, at a certain percentage, by your health insurance out-of-network benefits and/or employee flexible spending plan. Such benefits reimburse you for the cost of your visit. If you wish to utilize your insurance for reimbursement and to determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, please check with your insurance carrier prior to your first visit. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits and you wish to submit documentation to your insurance company for reimbursement, a Superbill will be provided upon your request. This Superbill will provide all necessary information required by your insurance company in order to reimburse you.

Have you experienced a traumatic event such as a car accident, assault, abuse, or natural disaster? Trauma and sometimes PTSD can result from an event or series of events that is experienced by an individual as physically or emotionally harmful or threatening. This may have lasting adverse effects including unpredictable emotions, flashbacks, nightmares, strained relationships, and even physical symptoms like headaches or nausea. While these feelings are normal, many people find they can benefit from therapy.
Trauma therapy can include the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This form of therapy is now recognized as an effective form of treatment by the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Department of Defense. Schedule an appointment to learn how EMDR can help you.
